Analysis of LDPC Decode Performance under IEEE802. 16e Standard

LDPC is a kind of linear group code,near Shannon limit performance. The paper introduces the method of constructing check matrix and the principle of hard decision,BP,Log-BP and Min-Sum. It also analyses the performance of LDPC with different lengths and different decode methods based on Matlab simulation. The result indicates that the decode performance becomes better as the code length increases,and among the decoding algorithms discussed in the paper,the performance of Min-Sum is better than that of hard decision,while the performance of BP is the best as that of Log-BP.
