Short message of cell phone becomes major communication method, especially the combination of short message and database has become important method of communication between employees of company. Designed a Campus SMS Serive Platform based on UCS2 coding of PDU mode, which is used for student to query about grade by cell phone message, and actualized the platform using Java.
