Precision integrated measurement on circular saw blade based on computer vision

Aiming at enhancing the orientation precision of image edge,a new sub-pixel arithmetic applying the polynomial interpolation to sub-pixel edge detecting at the gradient direction of edge on gradient images was put forward.To meeting quick-speed measurement,the whole course containing image process,parameter calculation,and calibration etc.were integrated.The measurement system on circular saw blade was established.Experiment results show that,while taken the sub-pixel method and the Hough transformation,the whole measurement reaches the speed and the precision requirements of rapid precision measurement.
