Exploration on Self-built Databases of Document Delivery in University Library and Intellectual Property Protection

Self-built document delivery database not only can effectively make up the inadequacy of university library collections,but also funds can be saved.However,problems of intellectual property protection constrained the further development of the document delivery database,so it is a major problem for database construction how to avoid the risk of copyright in the literature database construction and utilization.
