Realization of Ambient Temperature Monitored of Grating Ruling Engine Based on PLC

During the process of grating ruling,The stability of ambient temperature is quait important for the accuracy of grating.In this letter,the control of ambient temperature for the Echelle grating by PLC is realized,and the real-time Supervisory Control and Data Ac-quisition through the computer by programming port are achieved.The constitution and the functions are also introduced.The programing of the PLC in this system and communications protocol of the programming port are discussed in detail and the PLC ladder diagram and the Real-time monitoring curve are shown.
