The Applied Research on Main Memory Database Index Technology in Fire Monitoring System

Since the trad itional d isk resident database needs to carry out a large number of I/O operations,the system can not adequately satisfy the real-time requirements.However,main memory database system keep the data of user stored in memory,so that the speed of data processing is greatly improved,which can meet a variety of real-time data processing needs of real-time application system.This paper has intro-duced the design methodology ofmain memory database index in fire monitoring system,and compared the system running efficiency in these two situations.
