Combined with the actual situation of surface-to-surface tactical missile weapon system,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive assessment method,through analyzing some uncertain factors which impact weapon system operational effectiveness,a multi-level evaluation target system was established.The example shows that the method is scientific and reasonable,the result is high credible.Meanwhile,it can provide scientific base for the warfare application and development of the following system.
