Research on the Network Database and Its Application

The paper mainly presents two mainstream technologies,B/S structure and C/S structure,and comparison and analysis between them.The structure of C/S suites for LAN and higher safeties of the system development mode,while structure of B/ S for the lower safety and lower cost system development mode.It also puts forward applied characteristics such as the shared data interview,minimum redundancy degree,the good data consistency,integrity and the powerful interview control.There is the standard accessing database ODBC which provides the simple way to programmers to access the database,and JDBC which is the simple way to JAVA to access database.The methods are offered to deal with the threat and the insecurity to the network database.
