Data Fusion of MMW Active/Passive Detector Based on Ellipsoid Cluster

In data fusion of millimeter-wave active/passive detection,the distribution of signals in feature space is anisotropic.Therefore we introduce the membership function for uncertain mode description into evidence theory.The clustering method based on ellipsoid was proposed to determine the membership and basic probability assignment function,and data fusion was then implemented according to rule of composition.Experiment results show that the method is an effective data fusion method which can access higher recognition rate.
