On Unexpected Events and Response of Sports Administrative Departments under Background of Network Opinions

The development of micro-blogs broadens people’s opinion fields,and the network has become a significant place to acquire information and express popular will,a distributing center of public opinion propagation and a reservoir of a variety of social problems.It is also a new platform for the government to understand people’s sentiments and wills.Through the analyses of network public opinion factor and development and change rule,this article provides a valuable reference to promptly discover network public sentiment generated by unexpected events for the government.The appropriate supervisions and regulations should be integrated so as to avoid negative diffusions of emergency events.In order to deal with these influences,we should construct the precautionary mechanism,enhance correct guidance and set up the interactive mechanism concerning the network opinions.
