Design of the Auto Monitoring System of Drilling Electrical Parameters

First, the automatic monitoring system of drilling well site electrical parameters is designed for the overall structure, and then single-chip STC being served as the main controller, the output voltage and current signal of the generator are converted to the allowing input range of the watt-hour meter by instrument transformers. It can monitor the output voltage, output current, active power, reactive power, electric quantity of the generator in real-time and so on. The data which are read through the RS485 bus can be sent to the center by GPRS at the same time. It can draw all kinds of curves of electric parameters in real-time. It also cooperates with the flow meter measurement value, calculates the energy saving parameter that is the working efficiency of the generator.
