Construction of Non-tensor Product Semi-orthogonal Continous Wavelet Bases for 〈II〉 Triangular Partition

The two-dimensional linear space which has 〈II〉 triangular partition is discussed. Construction of semi-orthogonal continuous spline wavelets can be obtained. We show that Generalized Euler-Frobenius polynomial has no zero on the unit circle. Three wavelet functions can form a class of semi-orthogonal bases of compactly supported wavelets.
