Method Extracting Ontology from Relational Database

Ontology plays an important role in solving the problem of semantic heterogeneity of heterogeneous data sources. The mapping from the relational database to ontology is one of the fundamental technologies on the information integration field. A method and transformation rules used to transform relational database to ontology are presented and discussed. The key technologies and model is given.
