Research on Galvanized Layer Detection and Quality Control System of Angle Steel Tower Materials

As galvanized layer detection of angle steel tower materials was low efficiency and detection data was not formed scientific management information system, galvanized layer detection and quality control of angle steel tower materials were studied. Points were layout and detected by the actual application requirements and the measuring-point principle of pitch method and M fonts, coating thickness and uniformity of angle steel tower materials were analyzed by statistical process control. Galvanized layer detection and quality control system of angle steel tower materials were developed, the efficiency and accuracy of detection were improved and material purchasing of power grid construction was realized information management level.
