Knowledge-based System of Water Resources Allocation and Its Implementation

According to the semi-structured problem of water resources allocation,this article proposes a method of organizing water resources allocation with knowledge graph.The solution scheme is established by visual knowledge expression.Then it describes correlations and custom relationship between knowledge graph,components and information.Finally,the information integration platform of water resources allocation based on knowledge graph is designed and developed.Example used in practices show that the information integration platform based on knowledge graph is effective for implicit knowledge expression and it is valid to understand the problem of structure.
