On the Online Ethical Practice of Bulletin Board System in Universities

Since BBS appeared in universities,there are always the problems of online ethical practice.The online ethical practice is the basic part of ethical structure,which mainly includes the following four parts related to the BBS in universities: regulating online ethical behaviors;enhancing online ethical comments;enhancing online ethical education;improving online ethical quality.
