An expert system of ACDAS has been explored.According to the features of casting defect expert system,A forward and backward inference process were designed which can solve the uncertain problem by the certain theory.The system supports the query of data and image.According to the characteristics of the defects,the reasons of defects can be analyzed and recommendations of improvement can be given.
