Probe into Methods about Scientific and Intelligence of Traffic and Transport

This paper merged some technologies and methods such as GIS,MATLAB,DIJKSTR and VB,brought their technological superiority,and studied the methods to realize scientific and intelligence of traffic and transport.Realize the data handling,data analysis,data automation drawing,deleting and mending,index analysis and forecast,optimum route in the field of scientific management;realize qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis,fault tree drawing of traffic accidents,and comprehensive analysis and valuation of traffic information in the field of intelligence evaluation.The target is to improve the quality,the visualization degree and the control level of traffic and transport,promote economic growth then.
