The problem in workflow process confirmation domain is that it merely uses simple grammar confirmation to the model with description tool. The result is that confirmation is not all correct. Taking an information system workflow as example, a workflow model is constructed based on SPN, correct workflow model structure standard is presented from static angle, and accurate confirmation method and rule are given from dynamic angle. The conflict analysis shows that this model structure has no dead lock structure, unreachable node and synchronized loss. It indicates that SPN and its expanded form are advantageous for explaining asynchronous, concurrent and parallel situations and can solve condition space explosion problem to a certain extent, and is convenient for performance evaluation.
