Study on the Algorithm to Estimate Carrier Frequency Deviation with FFT of a Complex Vector

Structuring a Hibert complex vector of carrier frequency-deviation in the mPSK's demodulation,based on the maximum-likelihood approach and using Fast Fourier Transform,an algorithm for accurately estimating the carrier frequency-deviation of absolute value and polarity is presented,whose precision is independent of the input Signal-to-Noise.It can be used for satellite communications in order to capture and track the Doppler frequency.
