Data protection scheme for inland electronic navigation chart

To ensure the security and integrity of inland electronic navigation chart during transmission,a data protection scheme was proposed.Based on the modern cryptography and digital signature technology,the scheme was implemented between data providers,equipment manufacturers and data users,who identify each other and pass key through a user permit and a cell permit.A data processing client was also designed.The application results show that the program is effective and safe.
