Qingdao Power Plant attaches importance to the informatization construction of enterprise,under the situation of separating power plant from power grid,bidding for accessing power grid ,it is imperative for power plant itself to realize scientifie management, operation optimization and reduce power generation cost.Combining with the SIS need of Qingdao Power Plant and the application trial of plant's level SIS,this article elaborates the problems Qingdao Power plant faced during the process of SIS construction and affords the train of thonght for power generation enterprise to adopt SIS in the future.
