A General Circuit Description Language and its Compiler Implementation

The circuit compiler is an important tool in analyzing the circuit structure and ATPG. This paper presents a new, methodto compile the ISCAS89 circuits, its time complexity is O(n) and the additional space complexity is O(n).The results of compilingfourteen circuits are also listed.
