EDW Trapezoidal Intuitionistic Fuzzy Numbers with a Combination of Science and Technology Awards Evaluation

Determining the experts dynamic weights(EDW)according to the similarity of reliability coefficient and opinion,and transferring the uncertain linguistic fuzzy number of science and technology awards evaluation into trapezoidal intuition.After the scoring function being improved,the weighted scoring can be sorted. The empirical result shows that this method owns strong ability of dealing with fuzzy information and improving the reliability and validity of evaluation results,which providing a new way for the science and technology reward comprehensive evaluation.
