As the reuse times and scale of IPs in design are increased, an objective and efficiency reusability evaluation methodology is needed. On one hand IP users can select appropriate and high reusable products in the IPs library so that they can reduce the design cost and risk greatly; on the other hand IP providers also need evaluate the reusability of IPs so that they can improve the product quality by continuous improving design methodology. This paper analyses OpenMORE and QIP, which both are the popular reusability quality evaluation systems, and presents an improvement method according to the shortcoming in subjective errors. Improvement methodologies are improved in grade and weigh enactment greatly.
