Military document recognition technology is an important part in military information processing.It is afundamental tool for command operation system and Decision Surport System(DSS).This essay presents a solution ofmilitary document’s recognition.It describes how to use the syntax rules of keyword to recognize the document andhow the frame of the software is organized.It also deals with some problems faced in the realization of software.It usesthe action rule to excerpt the contents that we need.It designs the learning module to add newrules for improving itsability.It proves to be efficient and accurate.
