On Cultivation of Intelligent of High Technical Ability in Petroleum Enterprise

Combined with the requirement of professional quality,technical quality,cooperative ability which the intelligent in petroleum enterprise should possess,against shortcomings in cultivation of intelligent in petroleum enterprise,we presented three links to be strengthened in cultivation of intelligent of high technical ability.We should establish evaluating system of science,quantity and system through which select intelligent in terms of evaluating result;introduce concept of professional career design in cultivation of intelligent,clarify cultivation direction,make plan to cultivate in cycle;perfect mechanism construction of intelligent of high technical ability evaluation,cultivation,usage and simulation,construct good atmosphere for the intelligent of high technical ability to grow up.
