Zener Diode Control Rail to Rail CMOS Operational Amplifier

A rail to rail operational amplifier is designed with 0.6 μm CMOS technology at 3.3 V single power supply.Its input common mode range and signal output range are close to ground and power supply,which is called rail to rail of input signal and output signal.The operational amplifiers have achieved DC gain of 82dB,unit gain bandwidth of 12.34 MHz,and phase margin of 68 degree.Since simple circuitry of the operational amplifier,stable working and wider input-output linear dynamic range,it is suitable to system on chip.This paper mainly discusses the principle,characteristic,and design methods of the operational amplifiers.
