Calculation and graphics of electron cloud in hydrogen atom

This paper introduces the basic methods of Monte Carlo and progressive scan for plotting the electron cloud in hydrogen atom. Three dimensional electron cloud at different states is visualized at different views by using the software of MATLAB. This can let the teaching of probability density of electron in hydrogen atom more intuitionistic.
