Design of a Precise Bandgap Voltage Reference with Adjustable Output

A compact and well performance bandgap reference designed for DC-DC regulator are proposed.One of its advantage is the output voltage can be control easily.Spectre simulation shows that,while the converter has a 3.3 V±0.3 V input voltage and a 288 mV typical output voltage,temperature coefficient is as low as 2.13×10-6(ppm)/K(at TT corner),and the power supply rejection ration(PSRR) is as high as 78 db at low frequency.
