High Throughput Screening of in Vitro ADMET Profiling in Drug Discovery

Evaluation and optimization of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic data plays an important role in drug discovery and development.In this review,we summarize state of the high throughput assays for screening of key physicochemical properties such as pKa,lipophilicity and solubility as well as in vitro ADMET profiling.
