Due to many drawbacks in handcopying meters, this article mainly describes copying meters in intelligence to copy meters by using of KQ100E,the module of power carrier communication We′ll introduce copying meters in intelligence system about configuration,theory,characters,and talk about the application of KQ100E the module of carrier receiving and transmitting
