The effectiveness evaluation of large phased array radar's system includes identifying the evaluation index system, acquiring the weights of first level index through the G1 method, constructing the cloud model based on cloud focus theory, calculating the focus of the multidimensional synthesis cloud, at last evaluating effectiveness through cloud focus evaluation method. The model involves many aspects: detecting, information processing, objects tracking, objects catalog, viability, adaptability, reliability, maintainability. The model also includes a synthesis effectiveness evaluation model.
