Estimate Motion Median based on Bit-plane Image

The algorithm can be realized using only binary Boolean functions which have significantly reduced computational complexity, while the accuracy of motion estimation is maintained .So using GBPM algorithm can greatly reduce the computational load and make the digital image stabilizer realize real-time stabilization.
