Since dynamic culture resources are very important,reasonable record and preservation has great significance for the development and heritage of culture resources. This paper mainly focuses on the research of collecting the subjects and elements of cultural resources,system configuration,acquisition,data processing and relevant technical standards based on binocular stereo vision technology. It has practical value for providing a basis and reference for the acquisition and processing technology standards.
