This paper expounds the promoting function of the information technique on the development of E-commerce of enterprise, analyzes on the relation between enterprise's informatization construction and E-commerce, and expounds the dynamic mechanism of carrying out E-commerce by enterprise from the internal aspect and the external aspect.
