Design and Realization on Experts System of Automatic Reagent Feeding for Floatation in Coal Preparation Plant

According to the reagent feeding status fully relied on the personal experiences during the floatation process in the coal preparation plant,a completed set experts system of the automatic reagent feeding was designed.The experts system could realize the reagent feeding automatically conducted with the controller PLC according to the site real time performances.Meanwhile with the touch screen host computer,a monitoring,control and recording was conducted on the real time data.After the system applied,the reagent consumption was reduced,the labor intensity of the workers was reduced and the clean coal production rate was increased with obvious comprehensive benefits.
