Research on Cognitive Radio Intelligent Learning and Knowledge Representation Based on Ontology

Intelligent learning is the remarkable characteristic of cognitive radio as distinct from traditional radio,sensing radio,adaptive radio.This paper research the foundation of intelligent learning:CR knowledge representation based on ontology,including conception organizational structure and ontology description languages.We describe the main intelligent learning methods and investigate the applications of decision tree and support vector machine in CR intelligent learning.The simulation results demonstrate the validity of the learning methods and show the explicit and hidden knowledge representations.
