Network Volunteers Association is a group of outstanding university students which is in full use of BBS on the basis of its advantages.On the form of association,it is supported by the working system of university students,who communicate with other internet users as an ordinary user,to serve the BBS culture.Construction of the association is of significance to BBS cultural construction.
