Application of Secure E-government Based on PKI

This paper introduces the application of the security policy and technology based on the PKI in the e-govenment. From the point of view of applications, this dissertation indicates the hierarchy and method of building the secure e-government, and emphasizes the solution for secure e-government on the applying layer.
