Application of Dynamic Segmentation-based Coding Technology in Water Information Management

With the development of water resources information,it is more important to manage the complex data.Dynamic segmentation-based river coding technology has solved the difficulties with linear features characterized by one-to-many,linearity measure,segmented data.This technology was used in GEF Haihe Project,which realized the information share of water resources and water environment management in the Haihe River Basin.
