On Quality Cultivation of University Librarians

Based on the analysis of the current situation of university librarians' quality and the challenge they face,This paper has discussed the quality that university librarians should possess in the Rnowledge-based economy era.This paper has also put forward three concrete ways for the quality cultivation of university librarians.
