A Fast Frequency Estimation Method of Sinusoid Based on Digital Channelized Receiver

Digital channelized receiver has been widely used in many fields such as electronic war.Fast frequency estimation of sinusoid is very important in communication recon.First an efficient architecture of digital channelized receiver based on DFT poly-phase filter is analyzed,and then a fast frequency estimation method is discussed.A scheme of introducing the idea of channelized processing to the problem of fast frequency estimation is proposed.Analysis and simulation results indicate that this scheme has the advantages of both digital channelized receiver and the primary frequency estimation algorithm.It can simplify the operation and improve the precision of primary frequency estimation algorithm,suitable for the case of high estimation speed but normal estimation precision.
