URL Store and Look-up Algorithm Based on Improved Aggressive Hashing

Service Selection Gateway(SSG)parses URL from user data packet,and finishes routing look-up by searching routing map-table.An URL storage and look-up algorithm based on improved aggressive hashing is presented in this paper.In this algorithm,URL is first encoded by CRC codes,and then hashed by the improved aggressive hashing which is based on the concept of access frequency introduced in this paper.Experiments show that the proposed algorithm considerably improves the URL look-up efficiency,while at the same time significantly reduces the memory required.
