In this paper we concerns about the non-linear dynamic character of neuron system in brain: such as non-linear, chaos, variability, self-organization and irreversibility etc. The non-linear dynamic character of neuron system in brain is very complex. Its completeness and complexity are constructed by the dissipation structure which far from the equilibrium. The paper shows theoretical framework of methodology and the concrete method of technology.
