Constructions for a Class of BIBD

Super-simple designs are used in constructing optical orthogonal codes and superimposed codes.The problems of the existerence of such designs are solved in refenence[1].We reconsider super-simple(v,4,2)-BIBD,and use two methods to prove that for the primes of v200 and v≡1(mod 6),the base blocks of the corresponding super-simple(v,4,2)-BIBD can be generated by one block.The partial results of reference[1] are optimized,and put forward two opplications of these designs.
