According to the diagnoses of the modern enterprises' telephone business,finding that many business calling record always is dis-ordered and the information redundance is very large and sometimes even lots of information can not collect.To solve the classification and query of the calling records and to manage effectively the clients' information,this item introduces detailedly the design and the implement of an telephone management applied system which carries out C/S modal in the idea,the design thought of the database and the imple-mentation strategy.
