In this paper, the LuCI framework is firstly analyzed and introduced, then a Web remote management system named MIFI( a portable WiFi hotspot terminal) based on the framework is designed and implemented. The critical points of the design and implementation process are specified, the test result is listed, and the final product is exhibited. The Web remote management system based on LuCI is efficient in development and occupies less system resources with a high timeliness when runing.
