Uncertainty Evaluation on Indirect Calculating of Vehicle Speed at Traffic Accident

According to the uncertainty theory,the uncertainty evaluation algorithm for indirect caculation of vehicle velocity at traffic accident is established.Some proper factors are selected as the uncertain factors.The standard(uncertainty) of equivalent velocity that is correspondent to each part of energy and momentum is calculated.By combining the uncertainties,the compased standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of vehicle velocity indirect calculating are obtained finally.So the credibility of the calculation results can be verified by this way.A particular example is provided for examining the method.
