Regularities for semigroup P_θ(I×Λ) of all binary relations from a Set I to a Set Λ

Let I,Λ be two arbitrary nonempty sets.Where θ = Λ'×I ■Λ×I,the structure of idempotent elements of the semigroup Pθ(I×Λ) are researched.It shows that the semigroup Pθ(I×Λ) is a completely qusi-regular semigroup.
